Forces.

There are many things forces can do.
These are two forces:
1.Push
2.Pull
Some things need less force to move it while some things need more forces to move it.
For example,
The act of rubbing two sticks together (push force and pull force)
creates a fire.
some forces are useful. but some are harmful
